ok so i've done enough research to give myself a migraine several times over.. I am currently a user of one of the branded kr8 when i do find i have no choice but detach from the kr8 threaded passthru that tethers me to the nearest usb port (or 12v outlet in car or jumpbox;). I think based on my normal usage and the way the vapor qualities fluctuate for me over the course of a normal day (too strong first thing in the morning, just right most of the day, and not quite enough (or sometimes waaay too little) towards bedtime.. i'm thinking a varivolt setup of some sorts would be great for me... here's the difficulty modifier for this little challenge... i am one of those vapers that carry around anywhere from 4 to as many as 9 different flavors in their own cartos and multiple bottles (yay cargo shorts) in case i want to refill instead of swap to something else... with the vast array of carto/atom options out there i was hoping you vets could point me towards an option or two that would actually be worth jumping from my current ship for..

I totally dont mind losing the passthrus IF the battery of the device is either cheap enough to have 3-4 rotating so i'm never without a charged one, or its a larger device that has a replaceable battery that i could charge kinda like a specifically built version of a AA or 9v.

thanks in advance for the advice, at this point i am lost in a sea of options that i cant really afford to gamble on without having a friend dealing the cards so to speak.

The only thing you're really 'jumping ship" from are your batteries and more than likely, your passthrough. The best combo is going to be whatever works for you.

It basically comes down to what VV device you're interested in because...

If your happy with your system of carto's and flavors, you can continue to use them on any of the VV mods out there. The regular resistance carto's work very well all they way up to the 5-6 volt range, and they'll effectively last longer because you can turn up the voltage when the draw starts to get stiff. Carrying spare batteries wont be a problem and replacement batteries are a lot cheaper and tend to last longer than "stock" e-cig batteries as well.

As far as "what works best" on a VV device, the answers would vary as widely as the number of products available.
