So I had a slight problem with a flavor I ordered from the flavorshack. One of the juices I ordered got mislabeled or something. No big deal, I emailed Dawn and she sent out a replacement and didn't even ask for the other bottle back. I posted a review of the flavors I ordered and she even commented on them. The hazlenut coffee that I ordered was a good coffee flavor but just not quite what I was looking for (I stated this in the review)
I get my package today and not only do I have a bottle of juice for the corrected order, but I have a free bottle of Hazlenut that has been adjusted slightly for the bitterness and 2 more free bottles of samplers!!!! It's suppliers like this that spoil me. lol It makes it very hard to justify going anywhere else for your juice needs. Fantabulous work Dawn and thank you for the samplers!
