I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to Kimberly.
I have been a customer for 3 or 4 months since I started DIY and every single issue I have had, be it an order problem, product questions or even just advice, has been handled immediately by both email and phone.
Kimberly's attitude is outstanding and she seems to really enjoy helping others.
Kudo's also go out to Shane for helping with some juice/mixing questions.
I think they have they best customer service I have ever encountered from ANY vendor of anything, not just vaping stuff.
