Hello all!

I'd like to use my first post on this forum to commend Steve.

I made a mistake, today. I was ordering some juice to go with the VK I ordered yesterday. Well, my brain took a vacation and notify me. I was looking at one of the kits earlier and didn't realize it was still in my shopping cart until after I placed the order. This was completely my fault. Well, I immediately realized it and began to panic. The total would exceed my limit! I sent an e-Mail to steve explaining what happened and asked if I could cancel the item. Being an online seller myself, as well as having extensive experience with online purchasing, I thought the message would be ignored ( I don't mean to imply that I ignore messages. I simply know that most do. Especially when it means losing a sale and possibly a charge back.) When I got home, however, and checked the messages on my cell phone, which I forgot this morning ( That damned brain!), there was a message from Steve. I checked my limit and all was well, so I returned his call and left a message, asking him to forget about it. I would probably buy the kit in a few days any way.

What impressed me was the very fact that he called when he didn't have to. Perhaps I'm overstating it a bit, but I am convinced that I made the right choice by choosing VaporKing. I am now a loyal customer.

I have to tell you, this is just the beginning. You have definitely made the right choice with Steve and V4L. The customer service is simply outstanding, the warranty can't be beat, and the products just rock! The folks here that frequent this sub-forum and shout the praises of V4L on the newbie forum, do it for good reason. We believe in V4L and the vapor king has changed our lives. Good bye analogs, hello Vapor King! Welcome home.

Yep ... Steve and the VK crew are the absolute best. I honestly don't know how they do it and keep doing it and keep improving things and bringing new things on board. Do they never sleep???:D

However, please keep in mind everyone that as the VK continues to grow in popularity and more and more people realize that this is the ONE, it's going to get harder for Steve and the gang to keep up the same level of almost instant service. Not that they won't work their butts off to do so but I can only imagine how sales must be growing. The amount of new people just on this board that we hear about is one thing but just think of all the people who simply lurk and still order that we never hear about. So ... if the 'two day' delivery time should become 'three days' ... well, I think we can understand why! I certainly wish Steve and his gang all the very best of success in this venture. Without them, I'd still be smoking cigarettes!!

Huge kudos to everyone at VK but ... we don't want them collapsing from sleep deprivation either! You guys gotta stay healthy, ya hear, Steve? :)

Fisherpal, I'm sure Steve is definitely on top of this. He does not want anyone to wait longer than they have to. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about Canadian customs :D

Oops - hope I didn't sound like I was IN ANY WAY dis-satisfied with any level of VK's customer service. You guys absolutely rock. Just thought it was a good idea for people to remember that word is getting around big time about the VK and the service that goes with it and that orders will, I'm sure, continue to grow exponentially. And there's only 24 hrs in a day! As far as shipping to Canada goes? I'm just so damn relieved to be able to get my goodies that the few extra days is a very insignificant factor now. I live in fear that one day the door at Customs will slam shut and then ... oh, God. Can't even think about that ... !!!

In the meantime, everyone at V4L continue to blow us all away!

Not at all Fisherpal... I'm just saying that Steve is very conscious of the needs of the biz. We want people to get their orders within 2 business days of ordering, and if our demand goes up... our personnel with go up :D

I know I have spent several hours altogether talken with smilin. He is a one of a kind gentlemen. He will take care of you. what is even better he actually gives a damn. And that is very rare. I love my VK and I tell everyone I know that smokes. I just hope these people try the VK to. All I have to say is thank you thank you thank you. :)
