I'd like to use my first post on this forum to commend Steve.
I made a mistake, today. I was ordering some juice to go with the VK I ordered yesterday. Well, my brain took a vacation and notify me. I was looking at one of the kits earlier and didn't realize it was still in my shopping cart until after I placed the order. This was completely my fault. Well, I immediately realized it and began to panic. The total would exceed my limit! I sent an e-Mail to steve explaining what happened and asked if I could cancel the item. Being an online seller myself, as well as having extensive experience with online purchasing, I thought the message would be ignored ( I don't mean to imply that I ignore messages. I simply know that most do. Especially when it means losing a sale and possibly a charge back.) When I got home, however, and checked the messages on my cell phone, which I forgot this morning ( That damned brain!), there was a message from Steve. I checked my limit and all was well, so I returned his call and left a message, asking him to forget about it. I would probably buy the kit in a few days any way.
What impressed me was the very fact that he called when he didn't have to. Perhaps I'm overstating it a bit, but I am convinced that I made the right choice by choosing VaporKing. I am now a loyal customer.
