I saw that Surevapes had the kit at the customary price of about $104, but offered a $25 gift card with purchase. Also saw it at Vapor Tek USA for $69.99 (out of stock, however).
I've purchased several times from Surevapes, and they are a great vendor to deal with. Never purchased anything from Vapor Tek USA, so can't comment on their service/reliability.

Everyone is pretty much close to the same price on this one. Between $105 and $115. Shipping costs/time is about the only thing that makes a difference.
Not sure on kits.. as it's a kit in it's self. Just doesn't include the (insert your favorite atty-tank-carto-clearo-dental flossing attachment here)
