Best DIY flavor and additive?

Hi, I'm fairly new to DIY and was wondering what are the best flavors and additives to mix? i understand the basics and just want good flavors that aren't expensive from a vendor that is reliable and consistant. Guidance would be greatly appreciated

I've been using cuppuccino by cappella. A lesson I had to learn was not using too much. My first batch was 3.5%. Then I cut it in half and liked it better. Then I cut it in half again and that's what I'm using lately. Another way to go is make some unflavored liquid with the same rations and percent of nic as a pre mix you like then cut the pre mix 50/50 or 75/25 and see what you think. I'm finding most premix has too much flavor and is better with much less.

Originally attempted a mix at 5 or so % and put it back in the cupboard.

Will pull it out and try a mix at 0.875 to 1% and see how that goes.
