Rather than advice on the best device, I will inform you that "best" is subjective to any and all vapers. There are infinite variables between the types of battieries, enclosures, toppers, liquids, PG/VG ratios, nicotine contente, and don't get me started on flavors or liquid makers. Basically, whatever works for you to stay off traditional cigarettes is the best. Unfortunately, the quest to find what works best for you is a solo journey. Kinda like asking what's the best car or who is the best guitarist of all time.
Look into the REO. It is a mechanical bottomfeeder. Many people swear by it as the end-game of the e-cigs quest for best. it comes equipped with a wonderful, friendly community of like-minded hooples (you'll have to visit to figure that out) that will hold your hand through the joy of Reoville.
