I agree! I'm not particularly fond of hidden wick coils. I was reading in another forum that you can replace the wicks with cotton for a better hit as well.

So I have already rebuilt the dual coil into a single one. Cotton inside and above to prevent leaking. I'm using pure (i think) cotton and it has a bad taste but it goes away after about 10 puffs.

Works fine. Vapor, flavor. Aerotank is a great piece. It just sucks that I can't get it completely full due to the "bottom filling".

It need the air space to build up pressure. Unlike the kayfun where you build pressure regulating the air flow, here you need pressure. Anyway, on the Vapeonly it's only a couple of mm, not like here.

I've rebuilt it, put 2 extra wicks and it still leaks. Jesus I'm almost giving up. Even at 11W I can't get a decent vape.

I just got my Aspire Nautilus BDC and well, I can say after the first hour of vaping 70/30 menthocalypse flavor from Ovale on my 1100mah ego twist at about 4.8 volts I am quite thoroughly enjoying it. So far, not an issue with burnt taste or any gurgling or leaking. I am in love so far. I also have some snap apple which was really good on my single coil tanks. I can't wait to try it on the Nautilus. :)

what size wicks are you using? 2.5 is the best for rewicking, but I haven't rewicked double coils. I still prefer disposables as such.

Biowick. Has no size. It fits the coil. But I'm also burning it. I saturate it and it still burns.

Cotton has no leaks or burns but tastes like cotton, silica tastes well but leaks, biowick burns. It's like a curse or something. :(
