with your requirements the choice is simple. the magma. Although I do prefer the veritas, its harder to build (even in single coil) and the clouds are better on the magma
I really like my magma, but the airflow is just a bit tight. I keep going back to drippers with more airflow.
If ease of use is your main criteria, I would vote for the clt. 2 positive posts, there's no easier way to build a dual coil. I'm sure the flavour and clouds won't disappoint either.
