Depends on what "best" means.

My best match for a known (non-vape) flavor is a Cherry Coke I make with Flavour Arts flavorings. I call it best because it smells and tastes the same, even has a bubbly sensation.

My best recipe for something I came up with is White Chocolate Cappuccino Truffles, which I posted in the recipes forum. It's a match for a candy I make, probably my best "tastes like a vendor's fancy recipe" recipe.

The best flavor I make is Crap. I've gotten really good at it!

LOL!!! When I first started DIY I was trying to get the perfect Cherry blend and failed several times. So I wound up taking all of my failures (several 5 ml mixes) and dumping them all into a 30 ml bottle. Turns out that mix of failures was a delicious tasting Cherry... now if I could just remember what each of those failures contained... :-/

I have TFA mt dew, cola, vanilla(bourbon), black cherry and sweet tarts coming in my vapemail on Friday. Can't wait to start mixing my own, as this will be my first attempt. I hear making each flavor on its own is important so as to establish a baseline for flavor percentage, is this a pretty solid approach?

The best juice I've made is a variation of a recipe that Boomerdude posted for Hypnoba so I can't take credit for it.
The best juice that I've actually created myself is a simple one that I made with a tobacco extract I did myself and juicy peach from TFA. I used 5% of the tobacco extract and 5% TFA Juicy Peach, 50/50 pg/vg... Even the guy at work really liked it. (It helped that he tested it on my HH357 atty)

You might find this thread helpful for starting percentages on single flavor TFA e-juices.

I believe post 1671 has the most up to date list.

Just created this one last night and might tweak it after steeping but it was good out the gate. Been working on a Fireball deal but TFA Red Hots no matter how I mix the taste regardless of strength is totally flat on exhale. Stupid me for mixing up 120ml of the stuff right off the bat thinking it would be a slam dunk. Maybe after a week it will develop into something other then atomic drano.

Green Gobbler Pie
8.0% Green Apple (TFA not tart)
6.0% Peach (TFA Juicy)
3.0% Blueberry (LA)
2.0% Cinnamon Roll (TFA)
1.5% Brown Sugar (TFA)
1.0% Sweetener (TFA)
