Best head for the Ego one XL ?

Hi! new here and first post.

I am trying to find a really good clearomizer, head for the EGO One xl and preferably with the choice of a 1.0 and 0.5 or similar. The head that comes with it is good but very difficult to fill since you can hardly see the liquid level.
I have heard of the Kanger Nano, etc, but are there any more to watch?

Hi there and welcome, when it comes to what to put on your mod it's all about what you want as a person, do you want convenience, flavour, vapour production, rebuildables, high/low resistance.
The ego 1 xl is a very good mod and you ultimately have 2 choices when it comes to mods with a 5/10 connection, tanks or rebuildables.
tanks (like the kanger nano) have a coil and wick combined into one unit that you just replace when it's old and a bit flavourless or burnt out.
Rebuildables (rda/rta) are where you would buy a length of wire yourself and make tyhe coils and wick them.
If you're specificly after a tank then kanger are very good and I've also personally had a lot of good use out of my aspire atlantis v1+v2 so I'd highly recomend them.
If you're after something more rebuildable then the world is your oyster. there's countless possible ways of setting up RDA's and almost any one would be able to satisfy your needs.
you can have a combination and have an RTA which is a mix of both worlds, but for these I'd check out some youtube reviews to see which would be better suited to your needs

Thanks a lot! actually you just confirmed my thoughts! it seems to be a choice between the Nano and the Aspire tanks. I have only been vaping for say around 2 months or something but I am now ordering both these heads, don't hurt to test both...anything to get off the real thing.

Hi and congratulations on quitting!! You can do it!! It just seems like yesterday I was smoke free for two months, but it's actually been almost a year and six months for me!! Vaping works wonderfully! keep in mind that there are MANY different types of units and atomizers and with such a vast selection they WILL have what you need to meet your vaping needs. Don't feel like you are stuck with one particular style unit. as you grow and change on your vaping journey your needs will also change and that's OK because there are so many wonderful options available to us now as vapers. so my tip for you is don't let yourself get frustrated. if your not getting satisfied you can ALWAYS find something that will satisfy you equipment and performance wise. Another tip is to MAKE SURE the milligrams of nicotine in your juice is right for your needs. if you are experiencing great cravings, increase the milligrams until YOUR comfortable. I was a HEAVY smoker so I started out with 24 milligrams of nicotine I'm my juice. that worked for me. I've dropped to 18 and that works for me presently. Don't be afraid to make adjustments. There is no reason to suffer uncomfortably. that's what's so absolutely wonderful about vaping. I found I actually enjoy much more than cigarettes! so have fun on your journey, learn, grow. you CAN do this. I hope these tips help. best wishes!!

The ego one 1100 mah and 2200 mah are 19mm wide I believe. The mega is 22mm. Some of the bigger tanks will have some over hang on the 19mm models. Sticking with the ego one, I use the clr coils...like those the best. I have heard that the mega ego one tank is easier to fill because it is wider.

Thanks realsis! yep! its tough, quitting smoking the real stuff is not a duckswalk and your tips certainly helps. Your right, this is a lot to do with the equipment, not only is it good stuff but its easy to become a total gear freak with all these lovely things, haha.

Hi and thanks! I have the ego-one 22 mil. I think the Kanger nano fits that one perfect and possibly the Aspire as well.
