I messed up and couldn't post a pic from my tablet earlier...so I will now. Thing is...while many of the suggestions here were good...I even have some of them!...the 3.7 Gripper from MV is probably the best for stealth, and the quality is peerless in it's class. The keyring and Zippo ones are nice, but the battery life is going to be pretty sketchy. The Gripper takes a 18350 (or 16340) and will last for hours ...as much mAh as you put in there. With a XL cartomizer in there the only thing that sticks out is the drip tip. With the others, the atomizer/clearo/carto all add length.

This does look excellent for the price... If I get the extension can I use a 35mm carto? And can I fit my Cobra in there? (Just kidding about the 2nd question.)

It IS a cute little bugger! Is the knuckle tip from MV as well?

Yes. They are also at Discount Vapers (in colors!) Among other places.

With the extension you can use whatever you want...including clearos, carto tanks, or EMSCC/EMDCCs. You can even get adventurous and use the 35mm with a taller 510/510 adapter (screwed on TIGHT) and put it down in the tube like the XLs. Be sure to use a drip tip that is tight !!

fourthrok that gripper has always scared me. I've seen the extenders at 1 place. Aquacig.
I don't think the long extenders are too readily available. of course 510 to 510 are.

I just found a really nice deal on the old e-power? remember that thing? replaceable bat eGo.
A site I found is selling them for 16 bucks and an extra power head is 11 bucks.
Good inexpensive way to stock up on a cheap e-cig thats great for stealth and good for emergencies.

.

I am quite certain MV has them. They had a pile of them. Pretty sure GV has the extenders, too. I've not had any trouble with them...but tend to prefer just using the XL carto for the more tiny profile in stealth mode.(as in the pic above) I love mine! Always reliable.

I was curious to see this in colors. Alas, I didn't find any at Discount Vapors. Mad Vapes ($16.00) and Got Vapes ($12.50) each have them in black only, and both offer the extension for around $4.00 more.

I might pick one of these up for stealth vaping at indoor concert events. I know event security have been known to confiscate "smoking devices" no questions asked, and been known to walk the isles looking for same. If this would be confiscated I wouldn't be taking much of a loss. I have tickets to see Muse later this month and need a stealth device, and this looks like the best deal and device for my purpose.

How difficult is it to change out a carto in these? I would think you'd need a pretty tight fitting drip tip to gain leverage to install and remove it.

Sorry Bad...I meant that the knucklehead tips came in colors! Not the Gripper. It's only in black.

The cartos are easy to get in and out. It's not a big deal at all...and you don't have to have a murderously tight tip to get the carto out. Be sure to NOT torque the carto down in there..you can damage the unit! Just screw it in until it's stops and you're fine. The really tight drip tip applies to if using a standard 35mm carto with a long 510/510 adapter...but it's probably overkill if you've tightened the adpater on the cartomizer good and snug prior to putting it in the Gripper. Even if something like an adapter gets stuck down in there...it can be gotten out, so don't despair. It hasn't happened to me yet. But then, I mostly only use the extension piece or a XL cartomizer. A little bit of the carto does stick up higher than the lip of the unit...you can get hold of it if you need to to turn. Same thing with the extension piece.

It's a great device...and superb for stealth!!! Much more sturdy than you might think, too.
