I've been vaping a month and I'd like more vapor. I use a 510 with passthrough. So many vendors are rebranding stuff so it makes looking for reviews impossible. I really hate it when they do that. What's the best HV ecig, hopefully something that looks reasonable in public too. :) I'd really like an auto feeder / tank as I've been hearing about those. I can't use attys only cartomisers, I keep burning my attys.

Well, I don't think anything is going to meet all the criteria you set. An auto feed needs room for a bottle so it's not going to look like a cig. I don't think any autofeeders use carto's either. You can however find an HV that looks reasonable, try the 801 High Power.
If you keep popping atty's there's probably something else going on that you aren't aware of. I've only lost 3 since I started vaping back in July so I'm averaging around 2 months per atty. Of course if you're using LR's on an HV PT that could be your problem.

I get great vapor from my 510. Something you can try (at least until you settle on a new pv model), add some VG to your juices or buy some juices that have a percentage of VG in them.

Personally, I've come to like cartos much more than atty/carts. The flavor of my juices seem a lot "cleaner" and I get some mad vapor!

I really can't suggest an HV or auto-feeder because the 510 is the only one I've used so far. I have seen Ovale's eGo-T, but I don't know of anyone that actually has it, or if it's any good. I've come across a vendor (again, never used them so can't personal vouch for their services) that sells something that *looks* like the eGo-T. Here's the link: Tankomizer eGo™ 1100 - $53.96 : Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce. Again, I have no experience with Harmony nor the "Tankomizer", but it looks cool and doesn't look terribly expensive, at least for the starter kit.

If you're getting bad taste from your atty then you may not be keeping it wet enough and this will be especially true if you're using a 5V PT. Higher voltages are going to burn through juice faster. Like cskent said, you aren't going to find an auto-feeder that uses a carto or that won't change the appearance of your PV. You might want to look at a mod and try vaping at 3.7V with a LR atty or cartomizer. There are lots of mods out there in all different shapes and sizes. Most of these will allow you to vape at 3.7V, 5V and 6V.

I did find a couple youtube links for the actual eGo-T. Here they are:
YouTube - tank.wmv
YouTube - eGo-T

Unfortunately, neither one is in English. As far as I know, the eGo-T hasn't made it to the States yet. But I've seen a site where Joyetech is in collaboration with Ovale (the maker of the eGo-T) and I think is just now getting this model out in Europe.

The term HV (high volt) really refers to 5 volt, 6 volt or variable volt (VV) PV's. IMO, many vets feel either 5 volt or VV's are the best vaping you can find. I have read many positive reviews of the Buzz and ProVari VV PV's. For 5 volt, I would recommend either the 5 volt (not mini) GLV2: Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid - Great Lakes Vapor or one of Ken's 5 volt box mods: Box Mods. Ken also has a VV, now. I also saw a 5 volt with a tank feed but I don't remember where.

Can I use a 5V PT on the eGO-Tank?

That's a cool little PV!
