The sig j150 is about as far as I would go with an internal battery. If you really want to play around 200w I would be looking at mods that take at least 3 batteries. Sure there are plenty of dual battery mods that will do 200w but its pushing it and you wont be happy with run time at that level

I agree with the above statement, I think 3 batteries are definitely best for 200 watts.
I don't know of a lot of mods that reach 200 watts that are internal batteries either...

I actually think my tesla nano performs better with dual batteries. I don't see why people push 200 watts in to dual batteries, the battery life of my alien is terrible compared to my tesla nano.

For 3 battery mods I'd go for wismec but many might disagree, I don't have a lot of money for mods. I am a poor vaper haha.

The iStick QC goes to 200 W. It's also important to mention that it's never a good idea to run a battery at its maximum capacity. Nonetheless, it can provide the 200 W even though you'd be better off not to use them all. Why do you want to go so high?
Some people vape at 150 watts & it's complete alien to me, don't get how they can take a drag without choking!
