Dekang liquid. Some love it some hate it. I like the ry4 dkTAB, the tobacco flavors, caramel and vanilla. The fruit flavors are bad IMO.

madvapes TopVapor USA E-Liquid is pretty reasonably priced and they have over 100 flavors..it's under $8 for a 30ml bottle (around $0.26/ml)..they also sell some China E-Liquids.
1st class mail shipping is $2.99 for all orders up to $75 though but if you spend over $75 it's free shipping. Also you get 5% in reward points when you buy something that you can use for future purchases. I get pretty much all my e-liquids there they are made in house and pretty good. They have good customer service and most of my orders from them are usually at my house in 2-3 business days.

I really like BlueMist Vaping and order most of my juices from there. They have a huge selection, over 250 juices and many of them are really good. I like them even more bc their prices are cheap, unlike alot of other vendors that put quite a markup on their juices. With some of the more expensive juice vendors, even their sale prices are more than BlueMists regular prices. BlueMists everyday prices are $5 for 10ml and $10 for 30ml.
For example, I recently ordered from AVE and BlueMist on the same day. Normally AVE charges $53 for a 100ml bottle but luckily I got 100ml of Bobas Bounty during a sale so it was $43 instead(even the sale price I think is still way overpriced). At the same time I ordered 180ml bottle from BlueMist for $30, which is considerably cheaper. Normally AVE doesn't have a sale like that either so an 100ml bottle will cost you $53. BlueMists costs close to half of what AVE charges and I get almost twice as much juice!! No offense to AVE, but the markup they charge is ridiculous.
All of Bluemists juices are made fresh and you can get them all in either 80PG/20VG or 100%VG, I prefer the 80/20 bc it's more carto and tank friendly. They also offer extra flavor shots for .50cents more and have 2 bottle size options for sample packs which you can pick your own juices for a sample pack, so you can try what you want to try. I also like that if you do find a juice you really like you can get a 180ml bottle for only $30, which is dirt cheap and breaks down to only $5 for 30ml, its an awesome deal. They have pretty frequent sales too which make them even cheaper. About 2 weeks ago they were selling 30ml for $5 and 10ml for $3. 180ml bottles were only $25 and 180ml bottles of select juices were only $20. I love their cafe caramel juice and bought another 180ml bottle bc for $25 I figured what the heck.
Another thing about BlueMist which is one of the main things that made me try them in the first place is that they sell the DIY flavoring for every premade juice they sell. I think that's awesome because then you has the option to make their juices yourself for even cheaper than their already cheap prices. I think that's awesome and I don't know any other vendor that does that. Most vendors keep their recipes secret and refuse to tell you how to make a certain juice so you have no choice but to buy it from them if you want that exact juice. BlueMist on the other hand, encourages people to save money and make their juices yourself by selling the DIY flavoring of every juice they offer.
I think BlueMist is an awesome vendor and think that every vaper, and especially vapers that make their own juices or are considering making their own juices should try BlueMist at least once. Once you find out which of their juices you like, you can order the flavoring of that juice and make it yourself for next to nothing

Someone just mentioned Nite Lite Vaping. AMAZING customer service. Great prices. They only have a few flavors, but they are delicious. They ship the same or next day, and use priority mail, and sometimes put extras in your order.
Also, ValueVapor has good prices on Dekang, which I really like. I agree to stay away from the fruit. The RY4 and TAB are good.

I have tried most of the vendors on ecf and they all have flavors that I like and that I don't like. There is no magic vendor and prices vary for many reasons. The best price is whatever the juice you can vape all day everyday costs.

...another BIG fan of Blue Mist here...a few notes...their flavs are fairly subtle, get the flavor shots...it is mixed fresh to order and will benefit from a week of steeping...they ship, flat rate priority mail so, all shipping is 6bux for any order under 75bux, it is free over that amount...I have found them to be very responsive to all communications I have had with them...good folks, give 'em a try.................

How about Mom & Pop's? Favorite juice vender so far, favorite juices so far, and they're having a pretty intense sale through the end of the month. Halo was ok, but they seem to be love it or hate it for most, just halo's base has a love it or hate it lol. I'm going to pick up an order from Ejuice Monkeys tomorrow or the next day, I'll let you know what I think about their quality, and their shipping couldn't be beat for me...
Vapors Etc. has pretty good prices and so far all the juices I've tried have been vapable, which has not been my experience with other vendors. Their juices taste clean and fresh and I didn't steep any of them. I started vaping the day I got my order. I like sweet/fruity juices and that is what I ordered. Can't speak for any other flavor categories. As always my

if you need buget juice id try MadVapes.com i just got out of school and i couldnt afford high priced juices i can used to the china juice its like 10$ for 50 mls. its a little chemicaly. but i like it..ps im a tobacco flavor guy
