So far, my wife and I have ordered all our juice from e-cig dot com in China.
10ml bottles start for under a dollar each. Shipping is not free, but for ten or fifteen bucks, (and an equal amount for shipping), you can sample a dozen flavors.
Problem is, the last couple orders I placed have been inexplicably held up by "OGA" before leaving China (apparently that's "other governmental agency", not "Customs").
I have no idea what the deal is, but our shipments used to arrive in 3-4 business days. I am still waiting for my latest order to arrive; it's been two weeks.

DHL (the shipping service used) said they have been seeing a lot of this, and I now realize that if I intend to order from China again, I'm going to have to do it WAY sooner than I normally would, to allow the possibility of a 2-week lead time.

Still, being accustomed to 89-cent 10ml bottles of juice, when I started looking for suppliers in the U.S. out of desperation, I was shocked to find 10ml bottles selling for between 6 to 10 dollars each. That's a little disheartening.

madvapes for dekang, I love their dk-tab and the ry4. As other have said blue mist is exceptional as well.

Edit: all the dekang juice is under china e-lquid on the madvapes site, their price on custom china e-liquid and american made e-liquid is very cheap as well.

My suggestion would be to buy samples from diff vendors - most of the juices you may not like anyway. 3ml of each flavor won't break the bank IMO
