I'm a big fan of MCR mods, here is one of mine with the flush recessed button and flat topcap. You can also get a hybrid adapter which makes it even smaller.

I agree with the MCR suggestion - it's lovely and wee.
Satburn Mini is also a favorite of mine, but you need a 16mm atty for it. Mine is 18500 so I'm not sure how tall the smaller one is, but from comparing 18500 models it should be about the same as an MCR with a hybrid adapter. Mikro's Challenger (mk.III is coming soon) has a similar switch (designed by Satburn), but you'd need to find it in the classies or wait for the new version.
Microstick might also be worth a look.

The Nanos is very small and well machined... my only issue with it is that it will always fire if stood up unlocked. I know it's extremely easy to lock, but as all my other mods have recessed buttons, I find I have to be very careful when using the Nanos. Otherwise it's great, and the price is quite reasonable. It's also important to note that the regular nanos is about 23mm (I think), so you want the Nanos Sleek if you want your attys flush.

Yes on all accounts of the 22mm nanos... Must be locked or it'll fire... That's why I like the stingray with upgraded magnets...

I have to point out that locking the Nanos becomes second nature to the point where you may start unscrewing the button on your other mods. The locking mechanism isn't perfect, tho. I wouldn't trust it in a pants pocket. Other than that, the Nanos is great IMHO.

GP Paps v2/2.1/2.5 if you want serialized. GP Paps v3 18350 (only the v3 18500 tube is serialized). Another plug for MCR 101 18350s as well. Revolver plug as well. All have amazing switches...the best I've ever used and I have a quite large collection of mech mods. I'm sure a Glas 18350 is amazing but never owned one...although I do have an 18500.
