Best mech and drippers??

Hey guys,

I've been vaping for almost a year now. Started with an ego (like everyone) but quickly moved on to bigger and better. I've been using my Vapor Shark rDNA with the Subtank Mini with nickel coils and love it. I've always used digital though and there are those times that I just want a mech mod with a dual coil that will rock my face off and spit huge clouds (and also taste good). Any thoughts on what I should get? Possible things I was looking at is a praxis with a derringer, SMPL, Vicious Ant Phenom, maybe even a Glas. What is really the difference other than looks?

Don't know that it'll be much help, but I just made the same jump. Vaping for about two years and just got my first mech/dripper setup. I got a Stingray X clone and Little Boy clone from one of my local shops. I love the setup! Running dual 6-wraps of 24g on 2.5mm at 0.3 ohms. I don't know how much difference there is for your first mech/drip setup. I'd say do your homework, and listen to the suggestions on here. There are countless review videos of just about anything you could want. I know people who are ridiculously happy with a Nemesis (clone) and a cheap clone RDA, but it all kinda comes down to your budget and preferences. My only gripe is that my Stingray is brushed and the LB is polished. I justify it that the accent ring on the top of the 510 on the Stingray is polished... that works right?
I will say, I talked to the guy at the shop about the Derringer and it's intense. It also looks killer on the SMPL. Compact setup and almost looks seamless. A hybrid might not be what you want to start out with. They can be pretty finicky and dangerous if your atty doesn't have an adjustable 510. Some standard mechs are that way too. I can't use my VCT on my Stingray. The pin shorts.
Hope that helps. I know there are thousands more experienced with it than I.

Toss a magma on a nemesis you'll be kickin it with tons of flavor to boot

Just about any decent mech will work nowadays
Like the other poster said, heard good things about sxk stingray ( basically a nemesis with a diff tube)

The brass nemi kicks it even harder.

There's a reason 80% of mechs copy the design

Copper nemi w a magma, I have brass
