Without question, the two best are the Dibi (AKA "OliveR) and the Caravela. I haven't tried the Dibi yet but it's an amazing mechanical mod that bottom feeds and is designed for sub-ohming. (Available here on ECF from Pdib, the mod maker.) With the Dibi, since you can have it hand made using any wood you want (as long as it is high enough quality and meets the mod maker's specs), it's pretty much guaranteed to be ridiculously beautiful. (Think of all the stabilized burl out there and how amazing this could look.) Example:

That said, the Caravela is, to date for me, the hardest hitting and most beautiful tube mod in the known universe. It out-performs my Nemesis, Origin, Poldiac and Zen... and it's not really close. Not only is it stunning to look at, but seems to have better conductivity. I'm talking
freight train performance. The problem of course, is getting one. In the range you are looking to spend, you would have to put quite a bit of time and love into the process, as the maker is no longer manufacturing them beyond the existing list. But there are ways if you are patient and passionate enough about getting one.
Case in point:
Good luck in your search and enjoy the journey
Edit - the price on the Dibi went up a bit, so you'll have to save another $50 or so. Still recommend. Highly.
