best mixing mistake you've made?

so I buy my juice from a local vendor and I meant to mix cinnamon with menthol, and I accidentally mixed it with green apple, it tastes AMAZING. what's the best mistake like this YOU'VE made?

I ordered a black n mild juice (love black n mild cigars) and topped it off with mandarin orange. Neither juice was really great by itself, but together they work pretty well!
