After smoking for about 40 years, with countless unsuccessful attempts to quit, I finally decided to try a vape. Bought an Evod 2 off the shelf to keep it simple to start, and so far so good!

Loving being smoke free, so many things about that I don't miss now. So just saying hello and looking forward to gaining and eventually sharing knowledge here.

Cheers all and here's to our good health!

Welcome from another who smoked for 45 years and tried, unsuccessfully, to stop hundreds of times!

If and when you want to move up in the vaping equipment, this is the place to figure out what you want to try next! But, be forewarned, trying to find your "happy spot" with vaping can become addictive in itself!

Congratulations on quitting!

to ecf MacVapster. So glad to have you here. I can so related to what you are saying. Who knew all it would take would be a tiny puff of vapor? I still find it amazing and it has been over a year since I actually wanted a cigarette. Continued success to you if you come across any questions or issues, don't hesitate to ask. The information is fantastic here but what makes it special are all the people. :)

Hi and welcome! I've been off the cigs and vaping for 4 weeks now and have never looked back! I had only smoked for about 10yrs but at a pack and half a day was a pretty heavy smoker. I talked my mum into starting vaping, she had been smoking for 30-40 yrs 2 packs a day and she has been vaping exclusively for 3 weeks! It's been slightly tougher for her possibly because she smoked for so much longer but I suspect she isn't vaping as often as she should. So vape on!

Good luck in your journey
