Best nic level for me?

I have not tried Sub Ohm vaping yet but I will be fairly soon. I currently chain vape 66% to 80% PG, 24mg using Nautilus BVC's and a Kayfun Lite Plus at 8 to 15 watts depending on the juice.

The mod I own is the iPV 2S which is currently at 60w because I have not had a reason to install the 70w firmware yet. I'm also potentially ditching my MVP shortly and picking up a 30w iPV Mini for on the go as well as some sort of RDA and either Atlantis or Subtank.

I'm placing a juice order soon and want to give the juice some time to steep because I'm buying either an Atlantis or RDA within the next week or so.

I've heard of people vaping high nic levels but do know most people sub ohm with lower nic. I just don't want to buy juice that's too low in nic or too high if I'm not going to be able to handle it. If I can vape high nic juice with sub ohms and not have to chain vape anymore, I'll be perfectly happy. I was just wondering people's thoughts on this. I'm also assuming I should be vaping with max VG.

i can help a little... if you keep your atty's airflow restricted you wont be able to pull loads of air through, enabling you to keep going on the high nic, if it has adjustable airflow, even better. if you had massive airholes in the atty you would be able to pull harder for longer and with high nic lvl you would end up on your back breathless from the nic hit LoL
But yeah you'll prob be okay with shorter pulls and you wont want to hit as much as you will be satisfied.

what you on about Max Vg? Vape what you want or like, i vape 50/50 3mg homemade stuff down to 0.08ohm on a parallel box mod & i'm sure i get better clouds than some using higher ratios of Vg if thats what you are after

i started out vaping on 18mg and continued when i went to rda's no problem, it was when i started going higher wattage and bigger airhole to keep it cooler that i had to start dropping my nic.

you could always buy a small thing of VG so you can add some if you really struggled, its dirt cheap

If youre going to move to drippers at sub ohm levels I would recommend 6mg. I vaped 24mg on clearos, when I moved to dripping I found 6mg perfect, its about the average level people drop to when making the switch from 24mg on clearos and such.

pick up 2 bottles - one high nic one lower nic, you can blend them to make your desired nic level... OR buy a bottle of high unflavored nic from a place like WizardLabs and you can mix that with any juice - there are calculators to tell you how much to add to get your desired nic level - google it or post here, I don't know of one off the top of my head but I know they exist
You may want to drop your PG a bit as it makes the vape harsher. I vape MAX VG in my drippers and I'm down to 3 nic - started at 12.
If you start feeling hot/sick to your stomach, you've got too much nicotine.. vape less

I've questioned the manager at the B&M why they aren't stocking a lot of their juices at higher nic levels such as Cuttwood, Psycho Tunes, etc. The claim was that they stock this juice to use with RDA's and anything more then 6mg would choke me out. The more questions I ask, the more questions I have. But I've always got the best help on ECF which is why I'm posting this.

I really suggest trying 6mg out, if you find out thats not enough (which probably wont be the case) you can either get something like 8 or 9mg if you have somewhere that custom mixes juice, or buy 12mg and 6mg to mix down to a happy medium.
If youre vaping 24mg though I can pretty much guarantee 6mg will be enough.

Hopefully 6 will be enough since the vendor I want to use (ITC Vapes) sells 240 ml for $35.99. If it did come down to mixing strengths, I could get two 120ml bottles for only $4 more.

MAX vg is just highest possible, dunno what the percentages are, but basically flavorings are usually pg based and nic can be either pg base, vg based, or 100% (not recommended for diy mixers!) So, its never 100% VG... I think it would be 80%+ as 20% flavoring seems bit high to me. I call mine 100% vg to friends because my base mixture is pure vg and nic in vg... its all the vg I could get MAX VG is just more accurate.

I used to smoke 6 mg in tanks...cant take more then 0 or 3 in my dripper. It all depends on the flavour too, some I find incredibly smooth while others will still be a bit harsh on a dripper (despite equal pg-vg ratios)

There is a difference between MAX VG and 100% VG unless I have been misinformed.

100% VG eLiquid ---> thats some examples of 100% vg

Lana by Pinup Vapors is a good 95% VG juice

When you get MAX vg the company mixing the juice likely has a PG based flavour and is diluting it with VG/VG based nic

It's supposed to be really good juice and I can't pass up 120ml for $19.99 and 240ml for $35.99. I'm trying to figure if I should go with 6mg or 12mg if I'm coming from 24mg in a tank. I plan on vaping with either an Atlantis or Sub-Tank for on the go as well as an RDA for home.

Thanks for that. I'll probably grab a small bottle of 12mg from my B&M just to see. Even though their juice prices are completely outrageous. A 10 to 15ml bottle at the B&M is 60ml, shopping online.

So I just picked up an Atlantis and the guy at the B&M threw in 15ml Cuttwood - Monster Melons for $4 off. I'm vaping 12mg at 40 watts and its not bad. I'm not going to take any massive lung hits but it's very vapable. I think I'm set now. Now I just have to buy some juice I like. I mean it wasn't bad but certainly not worth the $12 they normally charge for 15ml.

I use a darkhorse rda on a copper penny mod clone and if I'm chain vaping it has to be max vg and 3mg, sometimes I do get a major nic craving and i will use a bottle of 6mg and normally within a couple good draws I'm good and go back to 6mg.

if you have to order juice that's when it gets tricky. Some people can handle 9mg in a rda no problem, i personally can't do that and 2 months ago I was sing a mini protank 3 with 24mg juice if that means anything.

Did you ever get juice from them yet? If it's any good that is a steal at that price.
