Best place to by RCR123a's and charger?

I'm really thinking about ordering up a SB this week, and just trying to piece it all together beforehand. Where's the best place to buy a few of the correct RCR123a batts and a compatible charger for them?

I think Tenergy (all-battery.com) might be the only option for protected 3.0v Li-Ion CR123a's. You can get 4 and a charger (part #39004?) shipped for about $30? Google for coupons.

Can't seem to find the AWs anywhere. madvapes sells nice ones for a good price. I just can't find a charger other than the tenergy which looks really cheap(no indicator leds) and they don't have very good reviews either
