I am just getting ready to experment with DIY juice and was wondering where the best place to get the materials is. What is the best flavorings to use is it Loranns, or something else. Where can I get 36mg unflavored?

The store on my signature has everything you need for supplies. If you want 36mg flavorless TW has some strong stuff. I would choose Lorran.
I compared prices with diyflavorshack.com and also onestopdiyshop.com before I made my purchase. I ended up going with onestopdiyshop. Super Fast shipping and awesome customer service. Check out both places before you choose.

I've also been looking at cappellaflavordrops.com and happyvaper.com for other sources of flavorings, though I haven't made any purchases from them yet.

Well I was going to recommend a different solution, but just checked out onestopdiyshop.com. They are by far the best deal that I have seen. I wish they were around a few months ago...
And if you decide to strictly mix, you may want to use something stronger than 36mg. myfreedomsmokes.com and nhaler.com have 60mg, and you can get 100mg from xtremevaping.com.

MidwestVapor has a 40mg flavorless that I love!

I buy some from here and some from there. The reason is that there isn't one place that carries all that I am looking for. Some of the more elusive ingredients end up by coming from out of the country and that increases the shipping costs. Naturally I don't want to be buying the stuff I can find locally from England or Canada or Italy!
I buy most of my Capella flavors from Capella, FlavourArt from Happy Vapor, and so on. I get my glycerin and PG locally. The unflavored nic liquid I have gotten from various sources - most recently from Dawn at DIY Flavor Shack. I also buy specialty flavor combinations from other various sources.
I wish I knew of a one stop shop that satisfied all of my desires.

What stores carry VG? I have been checking with some of my local stores and I have yet to find one that has it. I can easily find 16 oz bottles of it online but then im paying double the price because of shipping.

VG is easy. Most drug stores have it. Look in cosmetics.

PG is a little harder, but it is available at a lot of Vet Supply and Farm Stores, in gallons. Yes, also USP. They use it to treat horses for something-or-other. But I bought mine from Wiltons when I tired some of their flavorings. Even though I paid shipping, I was more comfortable with only having a quart bottle open instead of having a full gallon.

Thanks mbolack, will definately check on those. Not worried about the pg stuff, but good to know where to get it. I have figured out that I am sensitive to pg so going vg and see how things go.
PG ..You can get by the gallon at Tractor Supply. It's in the cattle supply section. Its about $23 a gallon.
I'll add chocolate2live4 to my list of sellers. I've also used campfire-kitchens ($8.75 shipped). Great way to pick up 5 off the wall flavors without looking everywhere. Which can be a real hastle!
I'm just trying to narrow down my next five flavors to try.

Hello all! For what it's worth, I just placed my first DIY order with onestopdiyshop.com and they had the order out the next day! ( I placed it quite late at night) Also, I left a comment inquiring as to when they would have chocolate back in stock and they not only responded, but threw in some chocolate from Fairie's Finest! I haven't received it yet, so I'll keep ya posted on what I do with these flavors! I like really sweet things... so most of what I ordered is "dessert" ish... English Toffee, Caramel, Cherry, Licorice, Apple, Bavarian Cream, Keoke Coffee, Vanilla Butternut, Cheesecake, Butter Rum and the Chocolate.
Any warnings about any of those flavors???? Or suggestions, faves etc? 8-P

Capella Flavorings...the absolute best.
Their chocolate is Great...The apple pie tastes like a sourish apple taste which i like. Caramel is good .
I'm ordering the orange cream and a few other flavors i havent tried yet.
They also have a Holiday sale going on now, if you want to try them.
