Anyone recomend a good place to get vivi nova heads ? I'm a bit leery of all the knockoffs out there. I've had a bad experience last time I bought a 5 pack they were all labeled as the 1.8 ohm but metered out at 2.4-2.6 ohms. They're usable on my VV devices but vape way to cool on my 3.7 devices

GotVapes is a good place to go for guaranteed ViviNova heads. I also use ecigcharleston for their $1.99 flat rate shipping. I think your going to find that the resistance is going to vary on these heads though, never seem to be exactly whats printed on them.

Ya I always expect some variance. However .6-.8 ohms above the stated resistance seems excessive. Not only that but they were consistently above. That leads me to believe that they were made to be 2.4 ohms and then mislabeled.

I agree, my 1.8Ω checks out at 2.2Ω, .6-.8Ω seems high. What are you using to check it with? My multimeter seems to walk a bit on the numbers, but my ProVari is pretty consistent. Also, where did you purchase the 5 pack from?

Checked them with two different multimeters. One automatically zeros itself out and the other gave the same results after subtratcing the resistance in the leads. I can't say for sure where I ordered them from. I actually ordered them a couple of months ago. I should've checked them when I first got them but I already had a few vivi heads in rotation so I didn't open these till I needed them. All these seem to give off a comparatively cool vapor and thats when I finally decided to put a meter on them. Now I think I remember where I got them from but since I am not sure I would rather not say and risk accidentally bad-mouthing the wrong vendor.

One other thing I might suggest, when I dry burn mine I always check if the coils are touching. These are mass produced, so it stands to reason that the coils will differ a bit. When i notice that coils are touching I will push them apart a bit with a small nail. If it won't budge, I will get it red while moving it. BE WARNED!!! This will short your device if it doesn't have protection, or if you were never good at the game Operation, lolz. Not for the faint of heart, DO NOT touch the nail to the coil and the sides of the stem while firing your atty. Good luck and happy vaping.

Anyone ever order any from aquavaporcig.com ? They are on vision's US vendor list but their prices at 1.95 a head are good bit lower than everyone else's so I am a bit suspicious.

Looks like they have good prices if you order 1-2. If you go over $5 they double your shipping from $1.50 to $3.00. They appear to sell with a bulk discount too. IDK, it's your call. I use ecigcharleston for my heads cause no matter what I buy from them it's $1.50 flat rate shipping. Plus they're right in your neighborhood so should be fast.
