where is cheapest place that sell quality flavoured e-liquid from ?
they must accept payment by debit card (uk)
i will not use paypal or go through paypal in any circmstance .
dont believe in there ethics or what they stand for .
wont even use the payment type where it is powered by paypal .

so any suggestions please ?

Welcome , but as most vendors don't even accept paypal , shouldn't be a problem . A debit card , at least here in the states , acts just like a credit card , to online vendors , both here and in the UK. so find your favorite vendor, and get out that plastic . Libert Flight's has a UK location , but I'm sure that there are a lot more . Good luck
