Best place to order Ego starter kits? (requirements in post)

I have several friends who are ready to start vaping and have asked me for suggestions. I purchased an 'ego' style from volcano when i first started but it was very pricey (80 bucks for two batts and a tank). It worked great for me but I'd rather not suggest them to purchase an $80 kit when they aren't sure if its for them yet and I know now that they can be had much cheaper.

Requirements:

2 x Ego style batteries w/usb pathrough charging (mah not important)
2 x DCT Tank setup OR Clearomizer setup
A carrying case would be nice.

I found this kit, however it doesn't appear to be the USB passthrough style battery. It would be really great to find one like this with the two tanks or clearomizers and USB passthroughs: Smok Tech eGo DCT Starter Kit

You can buy them "a la carte" from other vendors for cheaper. 2x ego passthrough = 2x$15-20, 2x DCT= 2x$10, 2x charger= 2x$5 Carrying Case = $10. These are just prices I shoot for, try for lower. Browse through the vendor list on the forum, and start from there

While they don't have a DCT in the kit, the starter kits from both mtbakervapor and ecigexpress are good. You can purchase the other associated peices ala cart.

I would skip the ego since it has the weakest voltage battery on the market. Ego is way over-hyped for such a small voltage battery. I would look at better beginner PV in the same physical size such as the straight Kgo or the variable Kgo or variable Gripper. Better batteries both from a voltage standpoint and a mAh standpoint. Those might work, but I have had some dud experiences with knockoff models. In my opinion, it's better to pay a few extra bucks for the real deal.
