Best priced Filled Carts?

Where is the best place to get the best price on filled carts?
I know it is cheaper to fill my self but I am going to be traveling and dont want the hassle.
I can only find cartomizers for 8.95.
Is that the best price I am going to find?
I use a PR110 Battery-(KR808)

I do see Vapor Kings has them on sale for 7 bucks to get ready for new stock.
Yeah My lucky day.

So I guess looking for sale prices is the only way to get a discount or better price than the 8.95?
