I'm looking for a cheap rba with a clear, or at least a big enough hole to see inside the tank, not polycarbonate. So far the only one I've really seen is the AGA T2. Is it pretty decent? Or is there a better one out there to start off with? I don't really want to pay more than $40 for one, for now. The RSST looks nice, and I'm sure its the easiest one to use, but I'd be a bit worried about the juice leeching some plastic. Suggestions anyone?

RSST is my first choice, just cause of the brushed finish, The AGA-T is my second, because it has a glass tank.
Either one are fine for a starter. The AGA-T can run dual coils, so really it's more versatile.

Just remember, ANY RBA is only as good as how you build them.

AGA-T Ues coupon code VaporJoes11percent $20.98 https://www.exhalevapors.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=3095&CartID=1
They have the RSST too. ;)

I'm not a huge genisis user, so for me, the best is the A7 (oid). Super easy set-up, in drip mode, just like the Phoenix. And with the A7oid tip from Captivape it turns it into a mini Spheroid tank. There's a lot to be said about bottom air feed vs. a side air hole. Of all the clones (and I've tried almost all of them) the A7 is the one I'll never get rid of.

Best RBA Clones, IMHO

My No. 1: Smok RSST Why? -Easy to build, Isolated wick-hole, Smaller length, Straight cut top, Frosted tank, looks cooler on an 18350 mod.
My No. 2: Aga-T2.2 Why? -Solid built, More coil/wick configs possible, Polished finish - matches polished mods, Pyrex tank, Sealed 510 post.

I'll second that. The RSST is much easier to build than the AGA-T2. The AGA-T2 design forces the positive and negative leads to be of different lengths which creates a hotspot almost every time (usually on the positive lead). You need to make sure and adjust the coil so both leads are the same length when attached. This can be frustrating for those new to RBAs.

I did a quick Google for pyrex tanks for the RSST and couldn't find any. I'm sure someone will come out with one eventually.

I would agree with most of the other posts on here - the RSST is a great device, especially for someone new to RBA's.
It is less prone to hotspots/ shorts compared to the AGA T2 because of the isolation. You will be able to try different wicking options (ceramic, ss mesh, silica etc), the AGA T2 has a smaller wick hole and you don't want to be drilling right out of the bat!
I used fruity juices with the RSST and have not had any problems with the tank.
My :2c:!

Yep, I use Fruities, Candies and Menthol all the time. 70/30, 18mg. No issues whatsoever. That said, I wouldn't be using Cinnamon, Citrus and Banana though... the known ones to cause trouble on Poly.
