I want to try a U wick without having to drill a new hole in my ZAP or remove the silica post on my AGA-T2. Can anyone suggest a cheap rba that has enough holes for a U wick right out of the box?
Honestly for the price it's worth having a second AGA-T2 drilled out if you want to use U-wicks. I doubt you'll find anything that's all stainless with a glass tube (which I pretty much insist on now) set up for a U-wick for any less money anyway.
And drilling the AGA to 1/8" is a pretty simple matter. I used a hand drill and thick rubber-dipped gloves to hold the top cap.
So, hey buddy, Won't get my 2nd AGA til tomorrow, but I couldn't wait to drill some more . . . just posted pics of first u-wick in the post your pix thread.
