Best Setup For Lavatube 2.5 -Need Advice

Since I couldn't figure out how to post this in a different place I'm posting it here. What's the best cartomizer or alternative to a cartomizer I can use with my Lavatube that will actually last? All the cartomizers I've bought from Volcano don't work or clog after a weeks use. Does anyone know something else I could use with my Lavatube that is very reliable? Thanks

Well first you need to have 5 posts to post anywhere else, But you have to wait for the server to reset at 20 after the hour. Second What cartomizers have you used that have clogged up on you? Never had one clog on me.

What juice are you using? and the PGVG ratio?

Are there any cartomizer alternatives that never break? I'm using the 3.0 single coil cartos from Volcano Ecigs and Baker White juice.

I have Lavatube 2.5 (red), but I put a air flow controller on top it, so if "crap" leaks, it doesn't ruin the 510 connection. Also I found the lavatube had tight air draw with certain 510 atomizers. The following I've used:

1. Innokin 30, 30B
2. Kanger Pro tank 1, 2, and Mini Pro Tank 2
3. Davide BSC

All of them work good, but not perfect. Some of them leak, or gurgled once in while. It's more of "topper" than the lavatube 2.5. The most impressive "topper" I put on the LT 2.5 was HCigar Kayfun 3.1, man...that was "game changer" for me. When you're ready to build coils etc, give it try....it's worth it!

I was going to post on this but though better of it as I don't like the "brand".

However, in fairness, all cartomizers and clearomizers have a short lifespan.

I get 10-20ml out of a cartomiser in a tank. (5-10 days)
I get 6 or 7 days MAX from a Kanger atomizer head

However, (the good news)....

I get 2-3 weeks from an iClear16 (at 7-8 watts) and 3-4 weeks from iClear30B....(8-9 watts)

My "days of Kanger" are coming to an end. I can rebuild, but I don't usually bother.

I have the same unit. Recently switched from volcano cartos to an iClear30b with 1.8 and 2.1 coils. I had the same problems with the cartos that it sounds like you did. My 30b has performed flawlessly and is so much more satisfying. Filling the tank and swapping coils is even easier. I now have about 8 carto tanks gathering dust.

buying me a kayfun 3.1 from hcigar next month can't wait. going on my lavatube v2.5 any suggestions on what is the best ohm coils to build for use in the lavatube do i want 3 ohm or lower i tend to vape at different voltages all the way up to 6volts.
