... Crazy clouds for $110, with no mech and no rba?

That's going to be tough.

An Aspire Sub-ohm or Ego one is a regulated mod, non adjustable, that can do a .5 ohm coil that is pre-built. But I haven't personally used either. The guys at my local B&M say people like them. Maybe it is a good choice for you?

Just remember when buying a Istick 50w

There was a problem with sticking switches and auto firing. The problem is now fixed, but there was no recall. Only buy FROM ELEAF USA, not a third party vendor, because they may have old, unfixed stock.

I would suggest that if you are already cloud chasing, its gonna be much more sooner than later when you start wanting to begin building RDAs. So getting a rebuildable will not only get you the clouds, but you will save money by having a device that you will use for longer before you decide to get something new.

All over the place
Just brainstorming here (not suggesting you go buy this stuff, but it can help in your items to research): IPV 2 70 watt (~$70), 1 Sony VTC 4 (~$10), and any one of the "sub-ohm" clearos like a Herakles Freemax Starre/Maganus, High Voltage (regular or Matrix), Arctic, Subtank Mini, etc., which will all typically run you ~$20-35 and create a whole lot of vapor just at 50w (you can even create clouds atjust 30w or under, so know that more power isn't always needed). Now, replacebale heads and more batteries will get ya', plus you'll be blowing through juice. But, I am just posting this becasue $110 can easily do it -- maybe not for long though. There are some cheaper regulated high-watt devices, but I pause with recommending them. Actually, none of this is a recommendation, just some ideas of pricing within your budget to show you that $110 is not all that limiting for such a specific purpose, but to vape happily for longer than a few heads, you may need a little more cheese to chuck clouds with a reliable device and without rebuilding.

Edit: There's always a Kanger Kbox too and that would free up a lot of money. Maxed at 40w, but you could do a lot with it. Research it.

ellsworth,mi
well my newest setup that im enjoying is the sigelei 150w with the high voltage sub ohm tank .2 ohm coils.
lets see $87 for the sigelei 150w. $63 for the high voltage subtank with 10 extra coils so 12 total. add in say $20 for a pair of vtc4's looking at about $170 now if you don't have charger price goes up and probley wont spair set of batterys just incase I no I just went beyond you spending limit you advised. tank can be cheaper if you don't add the extra coils to the package. just my 2 cents

It could work, just as many other configurations would too. Before you buy anything though, check out the goods/bads with everything so that your $110 gets spent well. Nothing like not having a lot to spend and then buying junk -- been there done that.
