Juice:

I prefer Nicoticket. The Virus is my ADV, really can't go wrong with anything they have. Slightly more expensive than some but worth it to me.

If you're looking for most cost effective, try mount baker Vapor. Their stuff is decent and pretty inexpensive

Hardware:

Many good vendors out there, a lot of people buy from a variety of places depending on who has what on sale. Check the suppliers forums here for sales and discount codes. Several recommended that I've dealt with personally:

Discount Vapers - good prices and fast shipping. Really popular though so some stuff sells out quick

101 vape - Just got a Nemesis from them, also good prices and fast shipping

ElectronicStix - Another recommended site

Everydayecig - Relatively new, but great to do business with and owner is a good guy

fasttech - Located in China so prepare for slow shipping. Prices are super cheap though and free shipping


Also, check out vaporjoes.com; he lists deals on vaping stuff every day from a ton of different vendors. Can be hit and miss depending on what you're looking for.

there is also a long list of approved (good legit) vendors toward the bottom of the main page. There you will pretty much find anything you will need but there are still thousand's of other vendors to check out(some may be buyer beware)

Bubba just summed it all up. That's a list of what I call the big players. Only side is the juice, and that's a personal preference IMO. I like Mount Baker Vapor and use their Guava as my All Day Vape (ADV). Although I haven't tried any of their juices, I have heard plenty about Niquid and heathers heavenly vapes. You'll get plenty of recommendations on this thread, so be prepared.

Welcome! I am new to ECF also but not new to vaping (5 months) so here are some of the juice and hardware sites I like to shop and have used more than once. Keep in mind when it comes to juices, what I like may not be what you like and so on. I have tried juices that people have raved about and hated them. All you can do is test them out.

I have not tried Mt. Baker Vapor, I 'll get around to it one of these days. I seem to be pickier or more taste sensitive than others cause I seem to taste the weird chemical taste some juice has more than other people seem too. Because of this I stick to mostly natural flavorings as much as possible.

Also I look for either FEMA/GRAS ingredients, AEMSA membership, or some kind of verification of safe ingredients. And always made in the USA. Always check that NO DIACETYL is in the ingredient list. Very dangerous if inhaled regularly. And testing has not been done on what is, if there is, a safe amount to inhale. Most good juice sites mention this.

I personally don't shop China because I have been burned by them and if it weren't for Paypal I would have never been refunded. There might be trustworthy Chinese sites but I will pass. Also I personally stay away from juice made in China. Just my preference.

I like JVapes.com quite a bit. They got my order out to me quick and the juice is tasty! Pretty interesting selection of flavors as well! I have been wanting to try an WTA from aroma ejuice to see what all the hype is about.

I usually stick with mbv cause I like to have champagne budget and beer tastes "pabst blue ribbon!"
I recently placed an order on slims ejuice. Hopefully it's comparable to a step up.

ordered gear from myvapestore, they were quick and not too pricey. Also ordered gear from thevaperroom only because they are located here in MD, they too have good prices and were quick to ship. I've ordered juice from several places and my fav at the moment is MBV, tasty and cheap.
