Unless you have a hangup about a device that is small like a cigarette, I would recommend you skip the minis and go straight to either an eGo or a Riva (they are both pretty much the same thing). Both will provide a more satisfying vape and better battery life.

You can get a Riva kit from Liberty Flights for about $30:

Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510

You want the "Riva 510 - Lite Bundle." Don't forget the site has a 20% off button so the price before shipping at the moment is more like $30. Couple that with some juice (I recommend someplace other than Liberty Flights for that) and you are good to go for a bit.

While the 510 is the cheapest good performing unit, I would recommend the eGo starter kit. I have personally used both and my only issue with the 510 was having to charge the battery every 2 or 3 hours. The eGo offers a 650 up to a 1000 mah. The larger mah (Mili amp hours) number means longer time between charges. I chain vape at least half the day and my 900mah eGo
battery last me 12 hours between charges. Here are two sites that carry them. Route 66 has the best selection and I have personally ordered an eGo from them. Fast delivery and great customer service. Altsmokes is also a very good company to deal with and has slightly better prices but less selection.

Im a relative noobie too but I bought a Riva e Go with the 1100 battery starter kit for like 60 bucks , came with 2 atty's 10 carts and i tried their vanilla and coffee flavors. While im puzzled with all the flavors the battery life is fantastic .. oh yeah i bought from EV cigs after researching here a bit ...still learning but have cut down from pack a day parli's to less than half pack a day already....( 1 week) hoping to quit all this by my son's wedding end of may ...really want to live to see grand kids...so for now Ill spend whatever it takes ...

I'd go with an ePower. You can get them for under $50 shipped and replacement batteries are only $5 or so.

I've also heard good things about this unit (I ordered my ePower from them). They are running a 15% off coupon right now (code is ECF15, at least I think it is) so the starter kit only costs around $37 (the ePower should be around $41 there).

Unfortunately, they are out of dual coil cartos at the moment.
