suggestion for a friend, basic starter kit

I am looking for a suggestion for a friend. I am going to send her a basic starter kit with flavored cartomizers, something easy to use. I managed to bypass this step when I first started and am at a loss. She smokes Marlboro reds at half a pack a day. She is handicapped so I would like something very simple to use that will work. Thank you!

Auto xl batteries and prefilled carts are about as simple as your going to get imo. I have never used an auto battery but they seem pretty simple to use and may be nice for someone who may have trouble holding down the button on the manual batteries.
