You're welcome. In case you are not aware dehydration can cause serious issues and is a concern when vaping. I drink 2 liters of water per day.

Thanks for pointing that out. I am new to vaping and one of the first things I noticed is that I'm starting to feel more dehydrated. Started getting headaches because of it. Drinking lots of water has definitely helped.

I would say in a cool dry dark place..normal room temperature is probably ok if you don't keep your room hot but away from windows and a lot of light. Refrigeration is probably not needed unless the juice contains some "food" flavor that can spoil fast (have read that refrigeration is actually bad for e-juice)..but the way flavors are made they probably don't spoil fast. Freezing is probably good for long term storage as other have posted. Read labels and take into account what the manufacturer says about there e-juice as each could be different.

How Long Do E-liquids Last: Storing Your E-cig Juice

E-Liquid Lifespan

Assuming your liquids are stored in air-tight bottles and are not opened up every day, the lifespan of the juices should be anywhere between 12 months to 24 months. It really depends on the grade of liquid and flavors and how they were manufactured. It’s hard to tell really.

Wow, I did not know this. Is two weeks the official cut off time?? Since, I'm currently steeping some ejuices for two weeks.

I store my juices in an old wooden sewing box that I saw sitting unused in my mothers garage. I brought it home and it's perfect for storage.

I've had some premixed juices stored in there for over six months and returned to them and they were fine.

I've since outgrown that sewing box though ( thanks to DIY gear ) and Ive upgraded to something similar to this:

Mine is red and I got it on the cheap Black Friday from Sears.

Some juices have expiration dates on the bottles. Juices do go bad :) it's generally a good idea to store them in the fridge or even freezer if you have room for them in it. If you open a bottle of juice and don't refrigerate it, it'll be good for at least 2 weeks or so.

Misinformation.

Majority of juice has a lifespan of 18-24 months shelf life. The only vendor that I know of that says their juice is to be used within 10 months is tastyvapor due to the type of flavorings they use.

I have a couple of bottles that are from August, 2010 from freedomsmokeusa (they say theirs is a 2 year lifespan). I keep all of mine in a cool, dark closet. I've never had any of mine spoil. Heat and sunlight are the 2 biggest culprits of juice going bad. If you have a place that stays cool and dark year round, you're good to go.

The box sounds good but IDK about the garage because of temperature change and temp change means condensation..the box could cut down on the quick temp change a little but I suggest somewhere the temps remain constant and the humidity is low would be better IMO. Probably the best way to store juice would be glass jars with no air or vacuum sealed but that's not practical unless you were storing large quantities.

Some juices require steeping because they're so fresh- many tobaccos are better after steeping. Sometimes steeping will remove the perfume odor/ taste. Many vapers have found a juice they have bought and absolutely detest tastes great after steeping.

how do you know if a juice needs to be steeped?
