Best Throat Hit

Hello all,
I am new to the ecig, 1 week. I currently have the Kanger Evod with a 1.8 ohm coil.. I am using 24 mg nicotine with an 80/20 pg/va ry4 flavoring. The throat hit seems to be extremely weak. It seems that after the first puff in the morning that the throat hit lightens. Throughout the day I have to wait about 10 minutes in between puffs to even achieve a decent throat hit. One would think that I should be able to obtain the same throat hit on each puff. Is there something i am doing wrong? My coil is at 1.8 and my pg is at 80%, so i thought i would be achieving a good deep throat hit each time. I will note that I picked up an Ivapor xps from the local tobacco store while awaiting for the Kanger Evod. Even with different flavors, the throat hit is very inconsistent. Thanks for the help

At 24mg and 80% PG you should be getting plenty of throat hit. You didn't say what device you were using the Evod on. If it's VV I'd try upping the voltage. If it's not VV then you could try adding some Everclear (high potent vodka) to your juice. If you are getting a good throat hit after letting the atty set for 10 minutes than you may have a wicking problem although at 80% PG that is unlikely unless you are rebuilding your atties and wrapping the coils too tight.
