Best unflavored liquid?

Hey guys! Im looking for an unflavored e liquid that is at least 70% VG and 24mg. What I am looking for is a good price for the best quality. I would like minimal bitterness or other flavors, to be basically as transparent (flavor wise) as possible and have the best ingredients.
What would you guys recommend?
I want to mix it with some menthol probably down the road.
Im looking for this because I started thinking about it and realized that i dont know what the hell is in most liquids, the flavorings could be dangerous (relatively speaking) so in order to get the most healthy nicotine intake possible I want to try a good unflavored that I will add some known-to-be-okay flavorings at some point.

Best quality would be Xtremevaping liquid. Levy is very particular about the purity of his product.

It's only available in PG or VG, not a blend, but that's easily dealt with. Just get a bottle of VG nic and a bottle of plain PG and mix them in the proper proportions to get the strength you desire.

Yeah I think its hard to tell what the best is without trying a few. I just got some from VoidMist and I'm super happy with the product. Got 100% PG but they have VG as well at 60mg/ml.
