Since you've already selected the mod, I'll recommend the batteries I'd use in that mod and the best tank for a beginner vaper.

Batteries: Buy from reputable battery vendors like RTD Vapor, Illumn, or Orbtronics. Battery Basics for Mods

Samsung 18650 IMR 1865025R 2500 mah 20 amp
LG-18650HE2 IMR 2500 mah 20 amp
Sony 18650 VTC4 2100 mah 30 amp
AW IMR 18650 IMR 2200 mah 20 amp

Tanks:

Aspire Nautilus, mini or standard size

I've never use that mod but there seem to be quite a few ppl on this forum that support it. I will expound on Baditude and say whatever tank you choose get at least 2. You prob won't want the same flavor constantly and one of them will leak or have a coil go bad and you don't want that hassle with out a back up. On batteries if that mod uses a single bat buy 3 if it' uses 2 I'd get 4 or 6. Speaking of back up after buying your mod, batteries, charger, tank, coils and liquid start planning for another mod. I've never had a mod die on me but I've read some horror stories on here.

I'm looking to ordered my first vape today and was looking to buy the SX Mini m Class but I'll also need everything else like batt and tank. What's the best things I can purchase with a $300 budget
Goodness planning on going to temperature control? Definitely will beat a dead horse, your going to want to have backup batteries for sure.

I'm really trying to find what's the best set up with the SX Mini M class. Stuck with the tank and batt also do I need to buy the coil or just replacements. I've never bought a vape before lol
Definitely will need extra coils if you don't do anything rebuidable such as an RDA or RTA. Its always good to have backups in the event of battery dies or coil is shot for sure. I don't know if an SX mini M class would be the best choice right off the bat. $180 bones for first mod ever is quite steep.

I had no idea that mod costs as much as it does. OP is starting of with some dedication!

Battery:
Imren IMR 18650 40A 2500 mAh Battery - Vspot Vapes

For a tank about
Aspire Atlantis 2 Tank Clearomizer
Or subtank mini

Of the two I would go with the Kanger Subtank Mini, just because it's what I own more than one of. Either tank is a good choice because they can both be run with purchased coils, rather than trying to build your own. I'm more of a walk before you run vape, so I'd recommend the premade factory coils for you in either case.

Just want to be for certain, simply because the whole aspect of the M class is its Temp Control feature. Otherwise you'd find much better bang for your buck with IPVs or Sigeleis for sure.

While the quality is still up for debate the IPV4 does have TC and is 75-100 depending source. I love mine for the house but I'm not sure I'd want to carry it daily

If you are going to be running your SX Mini M class in both temperature control mode and non-temperature control mode you will need to get both Nickel stock coils and Kanthal stock coils.

Nickel stock coils are not available for all tanks so that needs to be considered when choosing a tank.

Best vape is very subjective especially for a first time vaper. Large clouds? Best flavor? Rebuildable atomizer/tank? Replaceable coils? Max capacity tank? smaller tank?
My advice it to just get some extra batteries and pick a tank, you will no doubt "need" to buy lots more stuff later as you learn the game.
