Ok folks,
Now that Im totally off anologs, and on to vaping all day, I feel compelled to venture off into the "buy more product!" world. So heres my dilema:
Have been using the Vapor King, and prior to that had the ePuffer EAZE. So I've only had two PV's, and both were huge vapor producers, both were two piece designs and one had great throat hit (Vapor King). Neither required dripping, or refilling, and I have no experience with life expentency of atomizers. Sooooooo.....
I've been wondering what else I could get for an ALL day e-cig that will hold up both vapor production and batt life (keep in mind, Im not into the Pen-Style look). Im thinking either an e-pipe, or e-cigar. Just dont know which one or which brand. I have found that the amount of vapor produced on the exhale is an important element to me, throat hit comes second (with my wife, its the other way around).
I like the e-pipes for their nostalgic looks and was never a big cigar guy. Epuffer has a pipe kit for $149.008-o but have seen a pipe with the model number of 601 (I think) for $70.00. Any advice I can get would be great!!
My best,
-VP

For a pipe, definitely look at the mini pipe aka lady pipe or the 601 (LITECIG USA just got a shipment in).

Neither of which will give you an "all day" charge, but, with spare batteries, you're all set.

You won't see a lot of information on the 601 on these boards, but there is a ton of info posted on the lady pipe.

Both of these come in well under $100. The 601 can be found for anywhere from $65 to $85 bucks, depending on the site, and you can normally find the lady pipe for around $50-$60.

Based on your criteria of throat hit, lots of vapor and good battery life, you want the screwdriver or a mod which is the best PV on the market. The picture makes it look bigger than it is. It's no longer than a 901 and the way you have to hold it to activate the manual switch, it can't be easily seen by others. You just can't get the "strong hit" without a manual switch so you can heat up the atomizer more. I have a 901 and 801 and neither come close to the SD for battery life (6-7 hours), throat hit, vapor and consistency. Plus the batteries for the SD can be purchased just about anywhere. The SD costs more initially, but it is more than worth it. And trog has been great in answering questions. Here is the link:

Thanks D,
I just checked the LitCigUSA sitr and the only pipe I see from them is listed as a 601?? Maybe Im confused: I thought the "lady pipe" had a straight mouth piece, the others (larger pipes) had the curved mouth piece ( I like the curved look better )
Still wondering about vapor production on pipe vs. cigar too.

Thank you wv
I was interested in the SD, but I want something that will fit in with the public when being used, not something that will get me pulled over by the cops for questioning if Im seen using it in my truck!:D
Based on my criteria, lets try to keep it pipe (model & supplier) VS. cigar (model & supplier) Thanks again!

Unfortunatly the DSE801 pen style is the longest lasting for 2 reasons. Tha batt is 280 mAh (DSE901 is 180-220 depending) and the carts are big too. My 2nd fave is the DSE901, you just need to fill the cart and change the batt more often. The pipe is better than both and the DSE601 is an excellent one. Just make sure you are getting an authentic DSE product, all thier stuff is good.
As far as atomizers go they are usually very sturdy and as long as you don't let it get too hot (you van feel it with your finger) it will last, I started 3 months ago and still have my first one. The way I roll is to always have 2 cigs with me and if I'm not satisfied after 3-4 puffs I switch to the other one.
Also, if you like FOGGING try mixing your liquid with vegatable glycerine, it will blow your mind. (1 to 3 ratio). Hope this helps.......a

Correct. The lady pipe does, indeed, have a straight mouth piece, and is small enough to fit in your hand. It has great vapor production, and pretty impressive battery life, compared to most minis and super minis. It utilizes a penstyle atomizer, and is seemingly easier to deal with when/if you have part failure.

There are several suppliers that carry the lady pipe, but dietSMOKES.com comes to mind, first. I believe he's out of stock, at the moment. There's East Mall, if you want to order from China. I'm drawing a blank on other vendors, but I'm sure someone can chime in.

The 601 utilizes the curved mouthpiece design, and is a bit more problematic than the lady pipe when it comes to part replacement. It looks great, though. When you have an atomizer failure, the whole bowl has to be replaced.

Well here's a video review of the 601 from one of our famed reviewers...lol:

Maybe that will help.
