I can't say how happy I am with these guys. I ordered a stainless eGo battery, and received a black one; 10 minutes after opening a support ticket I got a reply that a stainless battery was being shipped out priority mail the next day. So when I said I'd also ship back the black battery the next day, I did not expect to hear, "keep it!" and I most certainly did not expect to hear "by the way I threw in a black cone".
What can I say? Besides thank you thank you thank you, you've got a customer as long as you're in business. Awesome place, I'm recommending litecig to anyone looking for e cigs.
