This is my first post on this forum, but I've been reading/lurking for about a month now. I had ordered a blu starter kit in the beginning of June and, after waiting over three weeks for blu to still not mail my kit out, I canceled that order and ordered an m401 kit from Shawn. Three days later, I had my e-cig and have been happily "vaping" since. I ordered a few more batteries from Shawn a week or so ago (wanted the stainless ones) and got those within a few days. I had some problems with a couple of the batteries and Shawn has offered to swap them out for new ones for me. Could not be happier with the customer service. If all e-cig stores were as good to their customers as LiteCig, e-cigs would be outselling analogs 2 to 1! I'm so happy I canceled blu and went with LiteCig...Thanks again, Shawn!
