We've actually had this policy for a couple months now posted on our site but I just realized that I hadn't made everyone on the forums aware of it.. Too bad, because it's a good one!

We'll replace any hard parts (batteries, chargers) for you no matter how long you've had it. Atomizers don't count, sorry ;)

You don't need to send us the bad part, we know it's a pain in the ..... Just mention it on your order in the notes section and we'll send it out with everything else!

If you just ordered something and it arrives dead, which is pretty rare- but happens- we'll send you out replacements immediately.

In the meantime, we're working to make warranty less of an issue and will have NON KR Nebulas available pretty soon.

I just ordered my kit last week and received it last thursday. One of the batteries quit on me. It doesn't charge(light does not turn red and no flash on battery when plugged in). It also sounds like something is loose inside. I just placed an order and I got the ship confirmation today, so I am guessing it is to late to get a replacement. I only have one battery now so I am in a bit of a bind. What is the course of action to get a replacement?

Sorry, I forgot, It was a black nubula. And the order that shipped today was carts, juice, etc(in case u need to look it up)

I want to thank you for your prompt service and your warranty. First I want to say I was entirely new to e-cigs. I originally ordered a Green Smoke and loved it but was not too happy with how long the battery lasted. Not to mention the 3 hours to recharge. I didn't feel the need to pick up an analog as long as I had an e-cig on hand. Being a 1-2 day a pack smoker that was a huge accomplishment.I decided to look for a substitute to supplement the Green Smoke and chose Vapor Nine.This is were the nightmare begins. After week one GS battery dies along with the pass through I purchased. I had to ship back.Then GS battery 2 dies. Had to ship back. I received battery one and new pass through and both die same day after burning up a few carts. Had to ship back again. In 1 month I have gotten 1 week use out of GS and most of that time I've been smoking Vapornine because the batteries last longer.I had a Vapornine battery fail and I didn't have to make one visit to the post office and you had the product in my hands within 3 days. Needless to say your product has now become my major and the GS my backup that's if I ever get to have a working one in my hand. Thanks again!
