I'm looking to purchase a 401 or 901 for my mother. I know ruyandirect.com has a 1 year Guarantee Policy on their 901 batteries and atomizers, no strings attached as far as I could see (although this is rather hard to believe). Is this true?! I bought my 901 from vaporstix.com which only has a 20 day warranty. :(

Does anyone know of a place with a good warranty/guarantee on a 401? I may decide to get her that one.

I'm also thinking of getting the 510 for myself for more throat hit. I've looked everywhere for places with lots of color choices and a good warranty. So far it looks like the best I can do is ruyandirect.com with only white or black and a 6 month guarantee on the battery/atomizer.

Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks! :D

As far as warranty goes, Janty has the best for all their products, they are more expensive though. I have noticed that some of the 510's are warranties for 6mos(Ruyandirect), but the standard I have noticed is 15-30 days. I have yet to have any problems and I have been vaping for almost 6 mos, and bought form a number of different suppliers. All I have dealt with have a warranty against DOA items and 15-30 on kits ects. Usually you can tell in that amount of time if you have a dud.

Well, you're a lucky one! A battery AND atomizer that came with my 901 starter kit from vaporstix.com were both duds. Not to mention, the other two batteries operate completely differently. One is very sensitive, I can blow on it and the LED lights up... the other, not so.

I checked out the Janty site. It looks like the "Dura" is the 510? No idea. They have a 3 month warranty on the battery, 6 months on the atomizer, and the set is $58.95. They do not appear to have any version of a 401 or 901.

It still looks like Ruyan Direct has everyone beat on the Guarantee and pricing. For the 510 it's $29 and 6 months on the battery and atomizer. Unless I'm totally missing some fine print?
