I'm getting my apv soon and I'm planning on using it to help me completely stop my nicotine addiction. The problem is I don't want to stop cold turkey and get 0 nicotine level ejuice because of the anxiousness and inability to concentrate will affect me largely in my class. What's a proficient way I can cut back on my nicotine intake and eventually stop the nicotine intake?

Should I get really weak nicotine leveled flavor first or should I just stick to no nicotine and suck it up?

How much do you smoke a day? I was a two pack a day smoker. I started out with 18 mg and now am down to 12 mg. If I were you, I would order some 24 ml for really bad times and order some 18 mil.

You can always raise or lower your nic. If you start out too low, you may get discouraged. Some people give up the stinkies as soon as they start to VAPE, others taper off. I myself still smoked for about 3 1/2 weeks after I started vaping.

Each day I was smoking less and less until one day I just didn't want one anymore. Go at your own pace. It's not about how many you smoke....it's about the ones you don't. Good Luck and VAPE ON:vapor:

Most of us start at 18 or 24mg and then taper off. It varies. My suggestion is to get different nic strengths and play with them. Your main goal is to quit or cut back on real cigs. Concentrate on that first. Once you're safely off the cigs, you can slowly start to decrease your nic levels--if that's your goal.

I like my nicotine and have no plans on going to zero nic--at least not yet. Nicotine alone is not all that bad for you. :)
