I am having trouble removing the stainless 510 t-tip. I've had to take a wrench to it sometimes to put it on another atty. It's starting to get scratched up and I don't want to make more! Any tips for pulling it off easier?

The way that has worked for me is to twist while pulling rather than going straight in or out.
Twist and pull.... It comes off real easy if you twist it while pulling.... The same goes for putting it on except twist and push...

Yep, twist and turn. After a few times, it seems easier to remove. I occassionally have to use pliers but I put a piece of cloth over the tip first to prevent scratches.
Just make sure you grab and hold your atty while twisting and pulling/pushing so you don't overtighten you atomizer and short it out.
