I bought a stainless 510 T tip awhile back. It snaps in 510 attys easily, but won't come off! I literally have to grab the arty with channel locks to get it off. Been using cheap drip tips, but would really like to use the one I bought from Super T. Any ideas? Smaller o ring perhaps? Has anyone else had this issue?

Some brands of 510's are a few thousandths smaller ID then others and 510's are a few thousandths smaller then 901's. Remove daily at night when not in use, if you leave them in for extended periods of time, orings can swell making them extremely difficult to remove. If you want some smaller orings, try some #36 Orings from home depot or lowes, they can be had, ten for two bucks in the plumbing section. Stock size is approximately a #47.

If you get the 36's and they are still a bit tight put the o-ring on a pen and using a nail file, slowly file around the o-ring. Constantly try the o-ring fit on tip and in the atomizer until you are satisfied with fit. Be sure to wash the o-ring as there are black shavings that can get in the atomizer-no rubber vaping-please. This does make the o-rings thinner-which means life expectancy is lowered.
Hope this helps!

If it snaps in easily but doesn't come out easily, a smaller o-ring may not be the right solution, you don't want it to be loose. As David stated, you may be leaving it attached to the atty for too long, maybe a couple of days at a time. Rather than replacing the o-ring, I would suggest lubing the o-ring with a drop of VG first to help against it "seizing" in the atty. If that's not the proper remedy, then I would suggest following through with installing a smaller o-ring.
