I've never been big on fish, either, but I really got excited when I realized that this was something I could have at my desk with me. I am a receptionist at a law firm, and I am the only employee that works in my area, really. So it's nice to have something else alive and close by!

Beta's are beautiful fish. I have always loved the way they looked. They are mean little monsters when confronted with another male and in captivity will kill each other, maybe because they have no where to run. They do put on a heck of a show for a mirror though
