Better Butter Rum

Hey, everyone.

I have a feeling that Ben and Christy are too busy to be floating around on ECF, so I will ask anyone who knows.....

This flavor is no longer being produced, is it?

My brother had some about four months ago and I loved it and just realized today that it was an Alien Visions flavor but.........not on the website for order. I would have ordered it along with the other 13 bottles I ordered late last night, but I am thinking it may be discontinued. Am I correct? I hope not. I remember loving it.

Better Butter Rum is off our shelves for good. Originally we were having issues with the flavorings separating during transit. Our first line of thought was that it was the cold temperatures in certain areas (this was during winter), and the flavoring company was 100% sure this was the issue. In response we took the flavor down until May--I just don't feel good selling anything I won't use myself.

The above being said, May rolls around and we order the flavorings again only to find it is still separating. The flavoring company finally divulges that they've switched suspension bases on us which has totally altered the recipe. The final result being that we can't recreate the original recipe and have scrapped it from the line up.

So, we do have two new flavors coming out. We are introducing Mountain Berry (a blackberry flavor) and Butterscotch (if I can get it to behave).

You should see these in about a week, once things calm down.

I've got a blackberry vanilla custard that is fabulous. I would love to try the blackberry you've got coming out.

OH NO!!! Say it isn't so!!!! Okay...I trust you guys...you definitely know what is best. I'm so bummed...and you can tell them I said so!!! That is my hands down favorite juice....next to Massive Choc Mint. I'm looking forward to the Mountain Berry and Butterscotch though, so I'll be ordering again soon.

Too bad about BBR. It was part of my very first order from AVE and I loved it. Initially, to me, the rum flavor was wonderfully strong and after a few days seemed to mellow. I look forward to trying the new flavors.
