beverage (and food) pairings

Hello, I've been thinking about this for a few days now... and a post in another thread inspired me to make this one.

What goes well with what you're drinking?

I like Kamel or Kant with my morning coffee. I've found that English Toffee and some of the milder menthol flavors go well with Coke. I would imagine Vanilla would be good with Coke, but I haven't tried it yet. The stronger mints/menthols make water almost too "cold" to drink, whilst vaping, but they are my favorites. I don't drink much alchohol, but I'm curious what would be good with Red Wine? Guinness? Does Rum & Cola go well with, well, Rum and Coke? lol.

Dang, you'd think there would be some opinions about this out there. But I will say, I don't have a clue and haven't thought about the matter. I'm not real keen on the whole vapor flavor thing anyway, I mean I want something paletable but I haven't got into all the tuuty-fruity flavors yet. Not saying I will not, just hasn't appealed to me yet. It would however be interesting to get some ideas from this post... might spice things up bit.

Agreed, I haven't taken to any of the fruit flavors yet either. I've just had a few bad combos with my coffee (drink), so now I know to stick with the basics... Kamel!

Nah, It's just slow around here today, I had to come to work today, but were all board stiff, nothing going on and this place is just so fun to hang out. A lot of the usuals aren't posting today... maybe shopping or whatever.

Well, for me, not much goes with cherry or grape koolaid. LOL

For coffee drinking, almost anything goes, as long as it's creamy and sweet. I don't like peach with coffee, but I do like banana, coconut cream pie and cappuccino with that.

I'm not a wine drinker, but I think you'd need cheese to go with that. ugh, that doesn't sound so good What about chocolate with red wine? Does that work? Seems like it could with the fruity taste of wines, but the alcohol taste might nix that.

Cinnamon roll + Mocha Latte = YUM!!!!
Apple Cinnamon Cranberry + mocha latte = pretty good
Carmel Mocha frappé + Mocha latte = not so good.
Menthol + Mocha Latte = refreshing and surprisingly good.

Not a fan of the tobacco flavors so I cannot comment on that. My favorite coffee vape though is a DIY. Capella Vanilla Custard + toasted almond in VG. So yummy with any coffee beverage I have tried.

Chocolate and red wine could be tasty... but I think I am going to hold out for Dark Chocolate to try that as I don't really taste much off of the current chocolate carts. My hubby says that French pipe + Cherry would be great with wine.

I just discovered that nothing I had handy vaped very well after eating a "cutie" [clementine orange]. The citric acid in them was not a good mix at all. Lol.

You got that right! We had some clementines last week and omg! the ejuice tasted horrible after that.

Yeah, I ate a bowl of cereal the other day and the ensuing vape was nothing to write home about. On the other hand, I just had a chocolate cookie... not sure what kind exactly, but it was delicious... and my spearmint carto is fantastic!!!

i pretty much like the coffee flavor with anything...... besides coffee, go figure

(i feel like i cant tell if the cart is low or about to burn up when the taste is so similar)

...as for the rum and cola flavor (im an admitted fairly heavy drinker) never liked it, i got one cart as a freebie...and that will be the only one i ever have of that flavor for sure. In fact, of all the flavors ive ever tried (probably around 10-12 so far)...thats the only one that i just plain dont enjoy......
I even like the tequila carts, and i hate real tequila (toooooooo many bad nights left me never to enjoy it again!)
